I love when this happens. When I discover a new to me natural beauty brand that I immediately feel a “click” with. This is exactly what I feel about Stark Skincare – their all natural and completely transparent approach to creating a small batch vegan skincare itself deserves your absolute attention, but let me tell you just a few more things about them! There’s a lot of human presence behind this Montreal based green beauty brand, great sense of humor and positive vibes along with just the right understanding of what simple living and sustainability are all about. All the ingredients used for creating Stark Skincare line are thoroughly selected from the purest botanical sources and turned into ethical skin care products through a good old apothecary method. Brand’s focus is to create products for real people, those who live their real lives in a real city with their real “anti’s”. These little bottles are filled with anti-oxidants to concentrate on anti-aging and anti-acne natural solutions that we all need in our daily life.  One more important thing to let you know before moving forward to a detailed Stark Skincare beauty review, all the products are Leaping Bunny and PETA Certified.

There’s something absolutely magical about oil cleansing ritual, don’t you think? Grapefruit Cleanse + Hydrate Balm is beyond any magic as it’s multi-functional properties of removing dirt and excess oil, hydrating and moisturizing are revealed to you by just one touch of this deliciously melting balm on the skin. Grapefruit stunning aroma comes from original grapefruit extract, plus many more natural elements complete this super helpful cleansing balm. Suitable for combination, acne-prone, oily or mature skin, though I would recommend to super sensitive types to be careful as this balm (just as many others concentrated balm cleansers) contains coconut oil, which can be quite tricky. As healthy and wonderful as one grapefruit in the morning rule.

Among ingredients: Coconut oil, Non-GMO soybean butter, Shea butter, Cocoa butter, Mango seed butter, Candelilla wax, Green tea seed oil, Sweet almond oil, Orange Peel Wax etc. (see the full ingredients list here)

White Willow Bark Perfection Tonic was the first product I’ve tried from the package that I’ve received from Stark Skincare, and I knew I will find luck with it. At that time, I had a spontaneous misunderstanding with my skin and I needed to calm it down and vanish the blemishes asap. I’ve heard about white willow bark anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and I was so happy to see all the my skin disappointments going away by using this tonic for a week or so. Aloe and cucumber soothe the skin, watermelon extract nourishes and helps to achieve THAT natural inner glow. Imagine the fresh green aroma of these! You know that I always try to put some pressure on you and convince you to not to skip the toning step in your beauty routine, so if you’re still in doubt – start with this one, it’s extremely good!

Among ingredients: Aloe Vera Juice, Witch-hazel, Watermelon Fruit Extract, Cucumber Extract, White Willow Bark Extract, Lime Fruit Extract, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Vegetable Glycerin, Litsea Cubeba Fruit Oil.

I can’t stop saying how much I love powder facial masks, and discovering Green Tea Detox Clay mask in Stark Skincare line just proved my intensions of probably not going back to regular masks, ever. This one is not you regular clay mask though, highly efficient components of green tea and natural fruit extracts (like, mmm, apples!) do a real detox makeover to the skin! The result can be seen already from single treatment – gently exfoliated, energized and glowing skin with unclogged pores (my lowest bow to lava and green clay!) and healed blemishes. 10 minutes of happiness, twice a week.

Among ingredients: Moroccan Rhassoul Lava Clay, French Green Clay, Green Tea Extract, Apple Fruit Extract, Lime Fruit Extract.

For a daily shield from environmental damage, Stark Skincare has formulated super light and quickly absorbing facial oil – Cypress Purity + Defence Oil. Packed with anti-oxidants, this oil aims to protect, nourish, regulate and purify the skin and bring it to a desired balance. I especially love it’s raw wooden aroma with some citrus and light vanilla touches. Just as any other facial oil, it can be applied separately, mixed with moisturizer (if your skin is extra thirsty) and worn under makeup. Be sure about this one – your skin is in good botanical hands of Mother Nature itself!

Among ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Camellia Seed Oil, Argan Nut Oil, Vitamin E, Cypress Oil, Bergamot Oil, and pure essential oils.

Stark Skincare has developed a special facial treatment for your skin lullaby time – Neroli Midnight Oil. We all love that before-going-to-bed ritual, and it’s probably the only time when you can actually relax and give your skin a chance to soak all the good stuff to the fullest without covering it with layers of makeup. So why not to thank the skin for a hard day with a thoughtful doze of anti-oxidants and restoring elements? 2 drops of this earthy-smelling liquid gold will be enough for your skin to know you really care about it. Now you can call it a day!

Among ingredients: Green tea seed oil, Jojoba seed oil, Sweet almond oil, Evening primrose oil, Pomegranate seed oil, Raspberry seed oil and/or Blackberry seed oil, Oat oil, Cucumber seed 0il, Mango seed butter, Cocoa seed butter, Black Cumin seed oil, Neroli flower oil, pure essential oils.

The original blend of lavender, citrus oils and vanilla transforms on the skin and hair into a big fluffy cloud of care, hydration, soothing and refreshment. Can also be used for oil cleansing method accompanied with Konjac sponge (I’ve wrote about one in this post).

What can be better than vanilla-scented soft lips? Only naturally vanilla-scented and naturally soft lips with the help of Argan nut oil, Candelilla wax and cocoa seed butter that are blended into a cute looking, any-bag-fitting and great-care-taking Argan Lip Treatment of Stark Skincare. Yes, I am a lip balm addict, and this is a great addition to my collection!:) Not a surprise this little gem is currently sold out on the Stark Skincare online store, but you can sign up and get to know first when it’s online again (hopefully very soon, because it doesn’t seem like it will last too long on my end!).
